RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us, our delivery & returns policy governs all product purchases made through our online shop.
If you are a consumer, then the products we sell come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Our delivery and Returns policy does not exclude, limit or replace your legal consumer rights given under the Australian Consumer Law.
Endotherapeutics are committed to ensuring you receive your products in the best condition and as quickly and securely as possible. We have partnered with a number of trusted delivery services in order to achieve this.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- Items must be in original and unused condition to qualify for a return and refund, unless defective.
- We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please make your selection carefully.
- If you receive any damaged products or products that have been sent in error, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
- Items are to be returned at your own cost unless they are defective or incorrect items
- Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Orders received on a business day before 2:30pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm or outside normal business hours will be shipped the next working day.
*Delivery of orders to remote areas or during high order volume periods (such as Christmas) may take longer than expected.
Standard shipping has a flat rate of $8.95 AUD (incl. GST) and purchases will be delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Products will be sent by DHL, TNT, TOLL and StarTrack securely and safely packaged. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-9 business days for standard shipping depending on metro/regional postcode.
All standard shipping orders can only be sent to a street address in Australia.
We cannot provide courier deliveries for PO box Addresses.

Our stock is drawn through multiple channels and on occasion we may not be able to facilitate orders of products marked as in-stock. In this instance Customer Service will contact you with an estimated delivery time and the option to continue, cancel or change your order at no cost.
